Shipping Policy

At The Sunny Collective, we’re committed to getting your hats to you quickly, safely, and affordably. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
 

1. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
     

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer both domestic and international shipping options. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

  • Standard (5–7 business days) 

International Shipping:

  • Delivery time varies by country and carrier.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.
     

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. 
 

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly. We’re happy to help where we can.
 

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
