Refund Policy

All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our small-batch production and limited inventory, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for items ordered in error, change of mind, or incorrect sizing.
 

Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to love your gear. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at shopthesunnycollective@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the item. We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund if the product is deemed defective.
